Imagine your President just asked for extra security against inscrutable elements, and what he gets is his home surrounded by the much controversial and talked about robot taser guns. Yeah, completely self-operated. Scary, you might say, well so do I.
Taser International recently rolled out its Taser Remote Area Denial (TRAD) system — a networked series of sensors and stun-gun projectiles that promises to “observe, warn, incapacitate (this word scares me!) and retain intruders” from afar.
So the next time you ask for security, you better make sure you know what you’re asking for and if you do, you pre-feed all your loved ones onto the Taser system. Google, Yahoo and Microsoft, all technical big-wigs are at bottlenecks with each other. Well, not quite literally. But yeah, Microsoft has made a smashing entry into the online storage market, with the introduction of two new services to its Windows Live line-up, with plans to introduce more by the end of this year.

“Hey you can just go Google it and you’ll find it”, might not remain such a famous daily-life statement anymore, especially with its competitor Ask.com, going overboard with making its sight extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate (I still like google far more than Ask). The venerable Wall Street Journal even concludes Ask.com has now the lead over the Goog in terms of how search results are displayed and navigated.

Curiosity abounds. Rumors are doing the rounds. The trailer of ‘Transformers’ has sure got us all excited. It’s great and original, unlike many other toy movies. And what better day to release it than on that most-celebrated American holiday of the year.
So this 4th of July is all set for the moviemaker and he doesn’t need to worry of a thing and can sit back and plan his next expensive mega-venture what with his movie already having tickled the curious bones of innumerable movie-buffs worldwide.
So what does this movie really have to offer the incorrigible cinema-goer? Well, for starters, it’s a movie based on Hasbro’s “robots in disguise” toys introduced in the 1980s. Hasbro is all out to make Transformers a household name with all the promotion and licensing work it’s been up to. Of course, it’s great for them as they own the brand and don’t have to worry about paying royalties and stuff.
