There are car GPS systems out there and there are Falk car GPS systems out there. Since the German mapping and mapping tech pionieers brought their first navigation systems to the market a few years ago, Falk has been a class of it’s own. Their newest top-of-the-line model is the innovative P300 which does not only feature outstanding technology, but has also been awarded for its great black design: The P300 just won the reddot design award 2007. Technically, the newest Falk comes with a car docking station, to combine the benefits ofmobile navigation with those of fixed installation.
The system is fully portable, but avoids any exposed cables, ensures that drivers maintain a clear view through the windscreen. Plus, the Falk P300 features a new technology whoch is faster than standard GPS technology called “Premium GPS”, which is able to ascertain a user’s location in just a matter of seconds. Another highlight is the TMCpro feature, which gives drivers faster and more accurate traffic jam reports.

The only downside to the P300 is the pretty hefty-price-tag since it retails for over 390 Euros in Europe. Check out their website for more details: www.falk.de
